Ryan has an AWESOME den leader. Her husband is the one in the wolf costume. She has done so many neat things with the boys. He has earned a lot of things since she has been put in. It will be sad next month when he turns nine and moves up to Bears. Although I know the Bear leader is awesome too.

The State Fair

We go to the fair almost every year. Ryan and Evan loved the rides. They were totally uninterested in the animals or anything else the fair had to offer. Luckily we went on $1 ride day. Ryan was a good sport to go on the kiddie rides with Evan. Evan barely reached the height requirement for the kiddie rides. I was surprised how excited he was about the rides. He is usually really timid about things like that. Ryan got to do some big guy rides with his dad also.

1st Day of School

Ryan was so excited to start school. I had achieved my goal of sufficiently boring him enough, that he longed for school to start. We always have to take the traditional first day of school photo in front of the house, with the new outfit and backpack on.
