Enjoyin' the weather

I debated whether I should include this picture since it looks like Evan is giving the bird. He's not, I zoomed in to make sure. When I enlarged the picture, after declaring it unoffensive, I noticed a spider on poor Chloe's arm. Yikes!

We've had some nice spring weather days between the chilly rainy ones. The kids have enjoyed playing outside after being cooped up all winter. Can't wait for summer.

Happy Birthday Marci!

Today is my awesome sister's birthday. She is the best sister a girl could ask for. You know, the kind that will do anything for you. I am glad that as she has grown older we have grown closer. She is so much fun to be around. Hope you had an awesome day. We love you Marci!

Easter

It is so hard to get all the kids to take a picture. They are not very cooperative. I have resolved myself to just taking a bunch and picking the best ones.

Chloe and Grandpa Young

We had a really nice Easter. We are so glad my parents could come and visit and see the kids. We miss them so much. We are so grateful for our Savior and his sacrifice for us. Because of his sacrifice we are able to be together as a family for all eternity. I am grateful for the gospel and the knowledge we have of eternal life and of our Savior.

Easter Egg Hunt

We took the kids to an Easter egg hunt in town. They had lots of fun hunting for eggs and taking pictures with the Easter Bunny. We were able to have Grandpa and Grandma with us this weekend. The kids loved being with them and we miss them tons already.

My Baby Is One

Chloe, my smiley baby, opening her gifts. Bittersweet moment for mom. I can't believe time has gone so fast. She is almost walking. She is so much fun now, but I truly miss the baby stage:(

Look at those beautiful, big brown eyes.

Chloe loves to clap her hands. She was excited by everyone wanting her to open her presents, but she didn't know what to do.

My fun loving Ryan. Maybe it is just the age, but he is a character.

Since I can't figure out how to post more than four pictures at a time in Picasa I strung Chloe's birthday out into multiple posts. So scroll down because there are a lot more pictures. Maybe someday I will figure it out.

Mmmmmm, Cake!

Evan blowing out his candles.

Chloe getting a little help blowing out her candle. She mostly just wanted to touch the flame, yikes!

Chloe was in hog heaven. She enjoyed devouring her cake. She also had her first taste of soda, which she was not really thrilled with. I know, how can she be my daughter and not like soda?

The birthday boy and girl. Since we didn't do anything for Evan's birthday we decided to do a joint celebration with family at Chuckee Cheese. It was so much fun and we appreciate all of the local family coming and celebrating with us.

Fun with cousins

Bryce, Ryan and Jenna trying to get as many tickets as they can.

Evan playing skee-ball(sp?). My favorite game at Chuckee's.

Jenna, Garrett and Evan

Ryan, Garrett and Bryce. These guys are all really close in age and they have lots of fun together. I am so grateful that Ryan has cousins to grow up with. I have such awesome memories of playing with my cousins when I was young. It is a great blessing that I am glad Ryan has.
